The constitution was as follows: g Only those who had paid the necessary funds were entitled to privilieges of the association. a. Founcation fund ( ) - allmembers were expected to pay $2 foundation fund, in return for a membership certificate. b. Annual fee - all members had to pay $1 annual fee for maintenance of associati c. Charity or exit fee - Upon going back to China, all members had to Pay $3 which were previously collected by . The money collected would be set aside for sending ancestors' bones back to China. No other use was allowed. Names of executives were released. President: Vice.
