- MAY 22 (THURSDAY) P.I 1) A continued report on the artible about developing the business of Hung Mun. P.3 2) besides attacking the Chinese Times for reporting the death of Dr. Sun Yet-sen which it believed as news with groundless evidence, further denounced the Chinese Times for having no news reported in Hong King. It even challenged the Chinese Times to give evidence of its news report from China and Hong Kong. In response to these scandals, the president of the Chinese Times challenged (the editor) to have a look at the news telegram. at first consented but later called the Chinese Times that he had to postpone his visit because he could not find (the president) who would accompany him to come over. The Chinese Times thus condemned for not keeping his promise and asserted tha t the newspaper would surely sue for ruining her reputation. P.3 3) (EDMONTON) announced that an opening ceremony for its newly moved association would be hild on June 1.
