MAY 12 (MONDAY) P.3 1) Ti Shing Shon Yee Association (VANCOUVER). A report on its drama presentation. P.3 2) (VANCOUVER). The association was set up by the Lim Clan members in Vancouver. Executives were chosen on May 10. A general meeting would be held on May 18 to announce its official establishment. P.3 3) A Chinese was caught by the police for selling drugs. P.3 4) Kai Ping High School. An announcement by the Royal Bank of Canada that up . till April 30, 1924, $13,622.15 donation fund for Kai Ping High School was deposited. (The fund drive had been carried out for about 2 months). P.3 5) Vancouver General Hospital thanked the Chinese for helping to make fund drive on May 10 a success. Altogether $2,509.60 was raised. A number of Chinese women had also participated in selling badges and they had managed to raise $420.54. Names of Chinese donors who had contributed $1 or more were released.
