APRIL 9 (WEDNESDAY) P.3 1) Chinese Public School (Vancouver) was requested by the school to make a speech on April 9 at CBA. P.3 2) (a club organized by the Chinese merchants in Vancouver) was enthusiastic in raising funds for Kai Ping High School. P.3 3) 13 Chinese were arrested for gambling in E. Fender Street. The owner was bailed out at $50 whereas the rest had to pay $15 each. P.3 3) CBA(VICTORIA). Names of new executives.
