- MARCH 18 (Tuesday) P.I 1) There was a comment on the election method of CBA. P.3 2) CBA (Vancouver). Most locality associations had already sent in the names of candidates for the final election for executive of CBA by March 15 except and . There was a rumor that these 4 locality associations wanted to abolish the system of election by localities. CBA had sent letters to urge them to cooperate by either sending in names of candidates or giving sensible suggestions. P.3 3) 3 Chinese were charged for opening gambling joints in E. Fender Street and Columbia Street. A number of Chinese and whites were arrested for gambling. P.3 4) CKT (Cranbrook and Kamlloops). A memorial service for was held on March 15.
