MARCH 15 (Saturday) P.3 1) CKT (VANCOUVER). The flag at all branches of CKT would be half raised so as to pay tribute to P.3 2) . A general meeting was held to comment on the election method of CBA. The association believed that if election by localities was used ( ) the number of executives chosen from each locality should be proportional to the # of persons who had paid exit fees to CBA in that particular locality.
