MARCH 11 (Tuesday) P.3 1) and had decided to buy $1000 insurance each. So far, the Chinese association had offered to buy $1,4000 insurance, however, the amount was relatively small as compared to the Japanese. P.3 2) 2 Chines were arrested for owning gambling clubs in Powell and Cordova Street. A number of Chinese and whites were fined for gambling. P.3 3) CKT (VICITORIA) New members were admitted into the association on March 8. led the admission ceremony. P.3 4) CKT (VICTORIA) announced that a memorial service for who was killed in a car accident during the 3rd General Convention of CKT would be held on March 15 at CKT(San Francisco).
