- February 18 (Monday) P.2 1) CKT (Vancouver). A spring banquest was held during which new members were admitted into the association. Talks on buying back the property of CKT were made by , , & P.3 2) The bureau for raising £HBCHX funds for Heung Shan Benevolent Hospital (Vancouver). Due to the registration of the secretary and the accountant an election for the 2 posts was made last week. Secretary: Vice: Accountant: Vice: P.3 3) . A spring festival banquet was held on Feb. 17. Consul General Lim was also present in the celebration. P.3 4) . On Feb. 17, a banquet was held to celebrate the birthday of an ancestor, . Speeches in honor of him were made by the president, , , , & , p.3 5) CKT (Victoria). 3 announcementw were made: a. The construction of the branch in Lethbridge was completed. All branches who had not yet returned their donation book were requested to send them in as soon as possible. The date for the opening ceremony of the branch would be announced soon. b. All branches were urged to pay all unpaid fepu public relations expenses or annual donations. c. Only those who had paid the membership fee could enjoy the priority of the association. P.3 6) Dart Coon Club (Calgary). Names of the new executive: President: Thanked those who gave donations and toast for its 4th anniversary celebratioi P.3 7) Wong Kong Har Taon Limited announced that (Pak Tzu Hui of Wong Kong Har Tong) was now registered with the govern- ment as Wong Kong Har Tong Co. Ltd. All shareholders of Pak Tzu Hui were requested to go to the company to transfer their shares. The date for the share transference would start on Feb. 20. In addition, all annual donations and membership fee to Wong Kong Har Tong could now be sent to the company. The members were encouraged to give generous donations. P.3 8) Kuomingtang (Vancouver) announced his withdrawal from the association because he could not afford to give the required fee payment to the association. i.
