February 12 (Tuesday) P.2 1) . About 100 members attended the spring festival banquet on Feb. 10. The members were encouraged to promote and strengthen unity among each other. There was the proposal of setting up a reading room for the entertainment of the members. The members XKspKHKii responded warmly to thsi proposal by donating more than $200. Fund raising would be brought forth soon. Names of the new executives were given. President: The new executive would assume H££B office officially on Feb. 17. P.3 2) . A spring banquet was held on Feb. 10. P.3 3) Dart Coon Club (Victoria). A report on the spring festival banquet on Feb. 10 was made. Speeches were made by the president , (president of CRT Headquarters), and the last year's presidents of both Dart coon and CRT. P.3 4) (A club for the Chinese merchants in Victoria). A spring festiaval banquet was held on Feb. 10. P.3 5) who was sent by Drug Store to recruit share- holders had come back to Vancouver. He thanked those who had given him hlep and kind treatment. P.3 6) CRT (Vancouver). An announcement that an admission ceremony for new mem- bers and a spring festival banquet would be held on Feb. 17 $ 17th resp- ectively.
