Description

January 8 (Tuesday) P.2 1) was sent by the Candian Immigration Department to China to take charge of the Chinese immigration affairs. His duty was to examine the entry certificates before the immigrants set off to Canada. This procedure was to avoid any deportation of immigrants upon arriving in Canada. P.3 2) CKT(Vancouver).
