- Description
- December 6 P2 1) CBA Vancouver. Less than 20 people attended the general meeting held on Dec. 5 despite the previous advertisement of the meeting. President reported on how the protest went about. Later there was a discussion on the request of CBA Victoria of hiring a lawyer to appeal to the government and that CBA in Vancouver should send $1000 to the H.Q.to support this. The final decision made was that the money of the association should not be used for this protest. What they could do instead was to call forth fund raising so that all money raised would be sent to Victoria to support the protest. P3 2) Wong Wan Wun Assoc. (Vancouver). 2 announcements (a) a 10th anniversary celebration would be held on Dec. 16 for all members; (b) Those having notpaid their fees whould cooperate by giving prompt payment, otherwise they would be deprived of the privilieges of the association.
