- November 16 P3 1) Hai Ying Assoc. of Vancouver got a message from the branch association in Portland, saying that their home districts in China were being greatly menaced by bandits. Fund raising was thus called for to protect the rights of their fellow members. 2) Chan Sheung Chung from China came to Vancouver to raise funds for Sung Li School in China. He was welcomed by his clan association, Chan Wing Chuen Tong. 3) Chee Kung Tong Nanaimo. New blood was admitted into the assoc. on Nov. 11. , & led the admission ceremony, and the head of police also attended the ceremony. 4) Chee Kung Tong Victoria. Names of executives after preliminary election.
