Description
October 31 Pi 1) The External Affairs Department in China was criticized for not making an effort to protest against the new Chinese immigratio law. It was hoped that the representatives could send ambassador Chau or a delegate to Canada for a last protest. At the same time, appeal should be made to the British Ambassador in Peking, hoping that the British intervention might avert the crisis. If the Canadian government still persisted on its stand, China should terminate her friendship by withdrawing the Chinese embassy. 2) A report on the 3rd general convention of Chee Kung Tongon October 25. 3) Names of donors to Chee Kung Tong in Lethbridge. 4) Names of donors to School.
