October 25 P3 1) Chee Kung long of Duncan celebrated the birthday of ancestor on October 20. New members were admitted into the association on that day. 2) & had gone to to raise funds for Heung Shan Benevolent Hospital. She was welcomed by 2 merchants & . A welcoming party was later held at Kuomingtang and a considerable amount of money was raised. 3) In the meeting held by the 3rd general convention of Chee Kung long on Oct. 20, there was a discussion on expanding Tai Tung Newspaper. Bonds would be sold to get money for such expansion. 4) The centre for raising funds for Heung Shan Banevolent Hospital in Van. announced that since the accountant, had accompanied to go to the interior of Canada to raise funds, would replace him while he was away. Also, all donations should be sent to the treasurer as soon as possible.
