October 20 Pi 1) A continuation of the atticle by on the history and development of Hung Mun. P3 2) The CBA of Vancouver announced that & who had come to Canada to raise funds for School in Canton would hold a speech day on October 21 in the Bhlnese Theatre. 3) News from Chee Kung Tong in San Francisco. In the 3rd general convention, the representatives had agreed to build an ancestor's temple in Shanghai. Money was to be drawn from 7 large districts for buying lands. 4) Chee Kung Tong in Victoria announced the dates for the initial and final election of new executives. In a meeting held on Oct. 1, it was decided that the chief external affair minister would become the chief president of Chee Kung Tong over Canada. His previous post would be replaced by the vice external affairs minister. A detailed description of the qualification and duties of the chief president was listed. 5) & thanked Chee Kung Tong and Dart Coon Club in Winnipeg, Vancouver and Victoria for giving them farewell parties.
