P3 2) Chee Rung long in Van. announced that a meeting would be held October 7th. 3) Vice ambassador in Ottawa had sent a notice of resignation to the external affairs department on Sept. 18, spying that he could not take the place of Ambassador Lim of Vancouver because of ill health; consequently Lim had to postpone his trip to Ottawa and wait till somebody was appointed to replace him.
