July 13 P3 1) 4 trunks of cmmunition were discovered before they were loaded onto a ship that would leave for China. It was believed such ammunition was for the war in China. 2) A continuation of the representative committee's letter. It was concerned with the reactions of the representatives to the proposal of the advisors. Some were in favour of the proposal while some were strongly against it.
