Description
July 10 P3 1) A continuation of the June 18 representative committee's letter. Some branch associations for protest were in favour of the committee's proposal of letting the false merchants pay extra head tax instead of deportation. However, some preferred deportation to extra head tax. Some associations said that the committee had full authority to make decisions whereas some said that the final deicision should come from the H.Q. for protest in Toronto. Due to the different opinions of various associations, the committee hd asked for help from the H.Q. which then sent representatives to Ottawa to help. 2) Names of the executives of Chee Kung Tong in Lethbridge.
