June 30 P3 1) A letter from Shanghai in response to the letter sent by the H.Q. in Victoria about the forthcoming restrictive Chinese immigration law, Chee Kung Tong of Shanghai had set up to support the protest against those 43 restrictive terms. The expenses of the association would be subsidized by Chee Kung Tong in Shanghai. (Congressman as well as comrade of Chee Kung Tong) had been informed by the association about the restrictive law arid it was hopd that he could bring up the question in congress. The association also hoped that the associations for protest in Canada could keep in constant contact with them so that they could give sound moral support for their protest. 2) A Chinese was caught for selling drugs. 3) The 5th name list of donors for the association for protest against the restrictive immigration in Vancouver.
