- June 18 Pi 1)gave a report on his meeting with Ambassador Chau in Ottawa. They had a talk on the restrictive immigration law. P3 2)The association for protest against the restrictive immigration law of Winnipeg sent $400 to the H.Q. for use in protesting. A meeting was held to discuss the request of the H.Q. about organizing a strike and demonstration. They were not in favour of such proposal and had decided to call for hip from the Business Assoc. in Shanghai. 3)An association for protest against the restrictive immigration law was set up in Cumberland.
