- April 14 P3 1) 8 Chinese had committed drug offenses. 2) In response to the harsh new immigration laws, a committee for protest was set up by the CBA in Victoria. Executives were elected. President: ; Vice 3) A list of donors for in Calgary in 1922. 4) The association for organizing Reading Room announced on April 10 that the donation drive for establishing the library would terminate on April 30. Representatives would then be sent to to set up the library. In the meantime, , , & would go door to door for donations. They, together, with the delegates for collecting the fee for Newspaper would set off on April 15.
