- April 3 P3 1) News from New Westminster. A Canadian made a discriminatory speech against the Asians in a school. He stressed that B.C. was being invaded by the Asians and if they werenot check ed from coming in, within 5 years, they would surely outnumber the whites. P3 2) The Education Department in Victoria announced that those Chinese students who wanted to go back to school should go to register on April 4. If the Chinese still adhered to their belief, there would be no more compromise. 3) of Vancouver announced that & had been chosen as the delegates to collect foundation funds from the branches and also to recruit shareholders for the realty of in Vancouver. They would set off on April 3. In addition was to replace as secretary while he was away.
