Description
February 5, Monday P.3 1. Ti Shing Shon Yee Association of Victoria celebrated the 1st anniversary of the founding of the building on Feb. 4. 2. News from Victoria. A retired M.P. said that the Chinese /- drkers had been very hard working and they provided cheap labor too. They should not be excluded. Expecially in farming, the Canadian workers could not be compared with the Chinese. As for the issue of exploitation by the Chinese, this could be checked by having their grown products sold to the whites who would then sell them in the market.
