- January 25, Thursday P.3 1. During the speech day held by the Chinese Students' Association, President mentioned the plans for protesting against school segregation. a) representatives were sent out to talk with the educated and prominent whites and also the school principals about the abuse of school segregation. b) 4 representatives were sent to talk with the School Administration Department. c) to collect sufficient funds for the anti-school segregation campaign. $100 was drawn for this purpose. d) to ask for the suggestions and opinions of the fellow Chinese. After , representatives from other associations also made speeches, like Ambassador Lim, etc. also made speeches. 2. The Chinese-Canadian Club raised funds for the relatives of the leprous overseas Chinese.
