Vic iu ~Tc-i .^ ofVernon for giving him a gold medal and the friends for giving him farewell parties before he left for China. (5) The Kwan clan association made an announcement on Dec. 14 that all donations for establishing the library, the club and the monthly newspaper for the clan members should be sent to the association by December 30 so that representatives could be sent back to China to look for a suitable place.
