(The announcement was made on November 16.) (3) "TVx (~W ^tvu\ Veoxi^wi\.Vv requested the shareholders of ~ A? A" "> ] to nominate a president for the company. He was to assume office on December 16. However if no person was elected by then, '"" S V^wJ^jiwi.&iv^ had the right to choose one. (The announcement was made on November 16.
