- October 23, 1922 (Monday) P.3 (1) pi pT ;i:£__ was greatly welcomed by the Chinese community in Vancouver. She went to visit various associations and made speeches to the members, hoping to raise funds for "tri *-M Hospital. (2) The C.B.A. urged the people to be generous in donating funds for "H--- % ^\ Hospital. (3) y2r V^ School had moved to a larger space at 143 E. Fender Street. (4) The English newspaper gave a detailed report on the kinds of industries that were occupied by most Asians. /-i f i (5) Names of the executives of -H^ P-vA Lcr->\ of yinnipeg. (6) ~^W- W-A-Jt" o£ Vancouver announced on October 22 that the initial and final elections of the executives were to be held on November 26 and December 3 respectively. All accounts should be balanced before the new executives assumed offices. (7) The Chinese Embassy announced on Oct. 17 that all those who had bought the Chinese government bonds for 4 years could claim their interests by sending in the receipts to the embassy.
