Description: October 12, 1922 (Thursday) P.3 News from North Vancouver: The Queen May Teachers' Association held a meeting on Tuesday night to discuss the Chinese students. They suggested that Chinese students aging from 13 to 16 should be separated from the white ones because of their older age. Moreover, most of them did not know English or the Canadian customs. Thus, by mixing the 2 groups together, great disadvantages would result. A committee for investigating the conditions of the students was set up, hoping that improvement could be made.
