Description: September 20, 1922 (Wednesday) P. 3 MacLean, who was both the secretary of the Public Service and Minister of the Education Department said that a reason why the Education Department took no action regarding the segregation of schools was becuase the School Administration Department ( ' ^ rrJ^- ~~ ' ) had full authority to do that and the Education Department had no right to intervene.
