September 2, 1922 (Saturday) P.3 (1) The district association to which ,ra;\x !>L ^A\ belonged, sent a letter to Ambassador Lim and one to the C.B.A., hoping that they could take action to arrest the Japanese murderer. P.3 (2) Revival of the Association for Excluding the Asians in B.C. The headquarter in Vancouver planned to set up branches in V.C. A general meeting was to be held soon and it was hoped that 20,000 members could be recruited from Vancouver. P.3 (3) The Kwan clan association had started to collect funds for setting up a library, a club and a monthly newspaper for its clan members. Executive members had been chosen and a constitution had been drawn. 2 communication centres were in service in Victoria.
