July 31, 1922 (Monday) P.3 An announcement was made by the C.B.A. of Vancouver on July 29. In order to establish fair commercial agreement and immigration law between China and Canada, an investigation team of 12 members was set up by the C.B.A. to deal with the case before the final decision was made. Subsequently on July 29, an association for dealing with the agreements was established with ^ 'V<_. ^ as the president. All Chinese who were interested could join the association and gave their opinions and suggestions with regard to the future agreements. The name of the association was to be ^r U,'\U vC-'-str C_K;i^\ euuk o Opinions and suggestions could also be mailed to the C.B.A. or - at 39 E< Pender Street, attention ?t.
