June 9, 1922 (Friday) P.2 (1) Ti Shing Shon Yee Association got a reply from the Chinese government stating that it had already sent battleships to Macao to protect the people there and it would continue to resist against the brutes. (2) Government inspector of B.C. ( %CC * T-_ x_ 'V^ ^\j ) talked to the representatives of various Canadian associations about the Asian question. He asserted that B.C. should be protected from exploitation by the Asians. He hoped that the Prairie region could give a hand to exclude the Asians which were m-king disturbances in Canada.
