- December 24 P.I 1) An article about Chinese immigration (by Soo Lee Ping). P.3 2) Chan Wing Cheun _ong - had already bought 158 Fender Street and now thelease for the tenant had come to an end. A meeting would be called for on Dec. 25 extending the term. 3) It was reported on Dec. 20 that an ex-informer for the RCMP was charged with selling evil drugs. Now he was to be put in prison for 6 months and afterwards he might be subject to deportation. 4) The school directors ( ) and the teachers had come to a settlement - it was agreed the salaries of the teachers would be raised, and the teachers withdrew their resignations. 5) CKT Kelowna - executive list for 1922; president ; vice.
