- December 15 P.3 1) CPOS Liner Japanese Queen had arrived in Van. There were only few orientals. 2) Discrimination Victoria: The City Council received a letter from the City council of , which stated that due to the high unemployment rate, all employees should fire E. Asian workers and replace them with whites. The mayor had already distributed the news to the residents. 3) Fund raising: Ottawa news - the Consulate ahd received donation receipts from the Peking Exyernal Affairs department and the Consulate had started to distribute them to CBA Montreal - 175; London Chinese Christian Youth Assoc - 150, etc. 4) CKT Vernon, Armstrong, , executive list; President Vernon; President (Armstrong); President- ( ) 5) Restaurant - newly opened on 109 E. PendersStreet.
