December 7 P.3 1) Consul General Yeung - all Chinese organizations paid respects to him by flags, even the CPOS liner which carried the coffin. Consul Yip, his assistant, Seto More and many others went onboard to pay last respects to him. p. 3 2) Vice Consul General Chiu - Montreal: Chin would return home after 9 years of service in the Consulate. The Chinese community in Montreal invited him there, and on Nov. 27, a farewell banquet was held for him. A speech was made to praise him for founding the CBA in 1914, and then the Chinese Public Hospital. A silver cup was awarded to him. On Nov. 28, , Lee Lung Lee long, Wong Kong Har long, etc. also held a farewell banquet for him and awarded him another silver cup. 3) CKT Hammond ( ) - would hold the 2nd anniversary on Dec. 18th. 4) CKT Nelson - 4 members who were returning to China thanked the CKT in Nelson for giving them farewell and gifts. 5) CKT Kelowna - name list of donors for the worship fee.
