- December 6 P2-3 1) Discrimination v.s. Asians - General made an anti-E. Asian speech. He was in favour of excluding E. Asians. P.3 2) Consul General Yeung - his coffin would be shipped back to China on Dec. 8. Consul Yip and various Chinese organizations met and paid respects to the coffin at CPR Station. Description of his illness and funeral party. 3) A Pacific Liner had called in at Victoria, onboard there were 93 passengers (Chinese) out of whom 36 landed in Victoria. 4) Hoysun 2nd School Establishment H.Q. in Victoria - announced that the H.Q. had been established for 2 years and before it closed on Dec. 30, the H.Q. would like the Hoysun members to clear the donation debt or send in all photos and resumes. 6) Dart Coon Club Vancouver - announced on Nov. 8 that the maintenance fee was dependent on monthly fee payments. Thus, it was hoped that all members would pay before Dec. 30.
