November 25 P.3 1) Consul Yip went to Chilliwack to inspect the burnt houses and 3 victims. 2) Discrimination v.s. Japanese - Ottawa: when a company was trying to hire Jap- A anese workers, the inspector sued that company because very company had to acknowledge the inspection if they wanted to hire workers to work on crown land.
