- November 24 P.I 1) An article on Immigration by Soo Lee Ping. P.3 2) CPOS Liner would be arriving with over 75 Chinese passengers. 3) Victoria news - the police made a comment on Nov. 22 about the gambling problems in Chinatown. It was impossible to close down all the gambling joints; what they could do was to dissuade the whitemen from giving patronage. 4) Cumberland news: was murdered and his bereived family gave an announcement that the official funeral ceremony would be Nov. 27. 5) CKT H.Q. - raised funds for a Kai Yap member, Yeung On so that he could buy his ship fare back to China. 6) - a biography of this En Ping member who was murdered in Cumberland.
