November .12 P.3 1) CRT Van. - would hold a general meeting on Nov. 12. 2) Victoria - Mr. Chow, the head of the Chinese delegation to the Pacific Con- ference was in Vancouver. An interview with him was conducted. 3) CKT Winnipeg - would celebrate the 2nd anniversary on Nov. 21. 4) Dart Coon Club Cumberland - would have the SH^XHHH opening ceremony on Dec. 4. P.7 5) Kai-yap Kwong Fook long - Van. and Victoria the association had previously (1919) arranged the bone shipment, and they borrowed more than $2000 from Hoysun Ning Yeung Association. Due to their in- ability to repay this, a was set up by the members in both Van. and Viet, so that money was raised by the members to clear the debt. The money loaned by the members would be repaid through exit fees. Thus it was hoped that those who were returning to China would hand in the exit fee. Executive list: President: Vice (Van.); Victoria - President 6) CKT Van. Realty Department - the company was trying to raise funds to buy the property of the Van. CKT. Every member could be shareholders and buy shares at Chinese Times. A name list of shareholders was posted.
