- November 1 P.3 1) gave a speech on E. Asian problems. He wanted to ban the entry of E. Asians into Canada because they could not assimilate into the Canadian society. 2) CKT Victoria - Soo Lee Ping, the teacher of the new school was warmly welcomed. 3) Visitors - Chinese delegates e.g. to the Pacific Conference were in Vancouver. Consul Yip, CBA, Chinese Chamber of Commerce and CKT were at the pier to welcome them. , , were reps, from the Shanghai Education United Assoc. attending the Pacific Conference. Since they were CKT members, the CKT H.Q. sent reps, to the pier to welcome them. 4) Dart Coon Club Victoria - the 5th anniversary oh Nov. 13. New executive: President Lim L. Wing; Wong Chu Gee.
