September 21 P.2 1) CKT Cranbrook - the opening ceremony would have representation from the H.Q. - ; Van. . Van. CKT BH*X Realty Co. (to raise sharemoney.) P.2 2) Hoysun Touring Association - a meeting had been held on Sept. 14 in CBA in Victoria. The Hoysun H.Q. was invited to cooperate with the touring activities. The H.Q. promised to hip. P2-3 3) Retail Merchant Assoc. would hold a series of discussion in 4 weeks on E. Asian problems. The Chinese and Japanese Consuls were also invited to make speeches. MP was also invited to give a speech about government opinion on fchH the issue. All citizens were welcomed to attend. P.3 4) School board was worried about inefficient school facilities,building and teachers 5) CKT School thanked the CKT members and others who presented gifts. p.3 6) CKT Rossland would hold the 1st anniversary party on Oct. 14, concurrently, the 4 cities Security Association would hold the 3rd general convention. 7) CKT Sam Hap Co. - , the manager for the past few years would be returning back to China. P.6 8) CKT Van. Pak Tze Hui Executive list; President ; Vice 9) CKT H.Q. - received annual donation from Cumberland, Vernon and Armstrong. 10) CKT Van. Realty Development Assoc - urged members to buy shares.
