- September 15 P.3 1) The Chinese Embassy in the States sent a letter to the Chinese stating that in the Peking Pacific KConference, a was set up. Asian Exclusion Association : secretary urged the citizens to join the organization. It was reported that there were about 450 members joining each day. The government's census showed that there were 86,000/in1i!&! and 20,000 Japanese. Tzarina, CPOS ship was going back to the Oriant. There was a special train taking 300 Chinese passengers from Havana and Cuba to take the ship back to the Orient. However, the immigration office forbid them to leave the boat and tour.
