Speeches were made. 2) Global news - an article to criticize Japanese of monopolizing the fishing industries, lumber business, etc. 3) News from Quebec - there was a fight among 3 Chinese crewmen. One was shot severely. The reason for the fight was unknown. 4) Discrimination v.s. Chinese - news from Victoria - magistry Dept. was also greatly in favour of discrimination against E. Asians. 5) CKT - name list of members who had donated the annual donation. P.9 6) Hoysun Association - the 31st term donation.
