Van. issue: The veterans said that they paid a lot of attention to why the RCMP employed Chinese cooks. The association demanded the government to check entry of Chinese immigrants, otherwise, the members would take measures by checking every liner arriving in Van. from the Orient. P.3 3) Hoysun Assoc. - H.Q. farewell party to & who went back to China to supervise the school establishment. The Association in V-m. had also elected 2 delegates to go back to China, too. ( , ). The H.Q. also presented a gold badge to with engraved on it. meant helpful and benevolent ( ). 4) Hoysun Assoc - the owner of Ying Chong Lung Co. was assigned to represent the H.Q. to supervise the school establishment in Hoysun, thus he had to abandon his business in order to fulfil the mission.
