June 29 1) CKT H.Q. Sanfrancisco - gave an official report on the 2nd general convention. 2) The Veteran's Association in S. Van. complained about the RCMP which employed Chinese cooks. 3) CKT Cumberland - new members were admitted; there was a large crowd attending the admission ritual. 4) CKT Victoria - was returning to China for retirement, and all branches which wanted to give sourenirs to Man, could send them to the H.Q. 5) CKT Victoria - announced on June 26 that the CKT H.Q. in San Francisco had set up regulations about the 5-ancestor temple establishment during the convention. It was decided that the H.Q. and main branche in each county should send one or two delegates back to China ro supervise the establishment. All branches were asked to send in to the H.Q. in San Francisco a resume of an able candidate before August 31; for election on Dec. 1. $20 salary was given to each delegate who would have free room and board. Canada should send in 2 delegates. The branch in Revel stoke had distributed donation books for a member without having consent from the H.Q. After a confession given by that branch, the H.Q. for- gave the branch executive and gave permission to collect donations for that particular member.
