June 17 P.2 1) An article on Van. Sun which defended the E. Asian worker. The whiteman writor praised the hard working and law-abaiding attitudes of the E. Asian workers. p.3 2) Columnist newspaper - there was an article to attack the Chinese interpreter in the Immigration dept. of connecting to the opium market, and illegal Immigration party ( ). The interpreter was also suspected of teaching those who were detained at the office how to answer and lie to the officers. c. first P.6 3) CKT School - announced that the/class would be held on July 11. Registration would be held at Sam Hap Co. and Tong Kit Co.
