- May 14 P.2 1)The Head of the B.C. domestical animals association criticized the bad affect of Chinese egg.s He said that Chinese egg^s which were cheaper would displace the Canadian eggs. In order to reduce the influx of Chinese eggs, high taxes should be imposed in imported eggs. (i.e. from 3c per dozen to 12<0- P.3 2) Hore opium was found in South Vancouver. 3) A meeting was held in City Hall whereby many associations sent reps, to discuss the drug problems. A White Cross Association was founded.
