- April 7 P.2 1) Veteran Association Van.; decided to hold general meeting from May 3-5 at Winnipeg whereby branch associations were required to send reps, there. The ass *n in Van. already selected reps, who would talk in the general meeting and request the deportation of all E. Asians. P.3 2) 19 gamblers were arrested; and fined $10. P.3 3) CKT Trail - 4 city United Security Assoc. On April 27, the CKT in Crail would celebrate th 1st anniversary during which the 4 city united security assoc. would hold a general convention. All Freemasons were welcomed. 4) Consul General Yip in Van. announced on April 6 that Chinese National Bonds interest was out, all those Chinese who held bonds could go to Consulate for interest.
