- April 1 P.2 1) Fund raising for famine relief - donations handled by Victoria. It was reported previously that a white longshoreman was involved with drugs with some Chinese crewmen onboard the Czarina. He was only fined $1000 or 3 months in prison for such offence. Hoysun Assoc. - 22nd term donation. Heysun Assoc. Van. - originally the association would like to terminate the fund drive on March 1, but it would extend the deadline to April 2nd so that those who did not donate could do so now. P.2 2) Fund raising through bazaar Van. - name list of donors. 3) CKT Van. - welcomed new members. 4) The judge who tried to case of the longshoreman smuggling drugs into Canada was being criticized. The Van. Sun also suggested that severe punishment should be given to drug offenders. P.8 5) CKT H.Q., Van., Prince George - would like to ex-communicate a member, named W.Y. Young who had led to the arrest of 11 other members. He also assisted other associatins and caused troubles. ex- 6) Dart Coon H.Q. - also communicated W.Y. Young.
