- March 26 P.3 1 ) CKT Saskatoon - celebrated the 1st anniversary on March 20. represented the H.Q., represented the association in Regina. Now members were admitted. Candidates for field of scholars, athletes, and executive were elected. 2) CKT Victoria - reported that the association in Toronto had suggested the con- stitution for United Security ( ). The H.Q. appointed as coordinator in the Eastern Province. He would recruit members as well as the $1 membership Fee. This United Security Ass'n was formed to protect and control the business in the E. provinces where the H.Q. in San Francisco and Vic. could not handle them. Additional announcement - $3 additional donation was required from the members in the E. provinces to support . the establishment of 5 ancestor temple.
